It's easy to relax here, the staff is helpful and friendly, it's clean, I felt comfortable, I'd love to come back again.
It was a wonderful experience to bathe surrounded by the beautiful nature,let alone after a long cold day. The manager and the rest of the employees were truly helpful and friendly. Definitely a must if one is visiting Kostenetz.
P.s. every part of the building was very clean and the employees also provided us with towels and a very tasteful energy juice shot!

It's great. Peaceful, relaxing in the warm pool. With the wonderful view of the forest and the sound of the waterfall.
The best outdoor heated mineral pool. The water does not smell of chemicals and does not irritate the eyes. Clean and well maintained.
